are proud of our publication and look forward to its growth into the local
towns around the world. The Green
Pages coupon advertising monthly is a solid publication to build your future

This
is a turnkey business that you can start earning income on the day we issue
your annual renewable license and web site. We are not a Franchised
Business.
The
first step to become the Licensed Publisher within your local area is the
filling out of our License Application.
This will contain the standard information questions pertaining to your
personal and business background.
When completed it is mailed to the Corporation Headquarters with a
$100.00 filing fee. The fee is
non-refundable if you are not approved to be licensed by the Corporation. If you are approved the filling fee is
applied to the fee owed for your first annual renewable License Contract to publish
The Green Pages within your local area.
The
second step is a personal interview conducted by phone. The interview gives us an opportunity to
get to know you on a personal basis and provides you with the opportunity to
clarify your understanding of the day to day operations of your new turnkey
business. Plus to clarify the
various fees owed to the Corporation as outlined within the License Contract to
publish The Green Pages within your local area.
Break
down of the fees due and outlined within the License Contract are:
1. Annual Renewable License fee of
$1,200.00,
2. Web Site monthly maintenance fee of
$150.00,
3. 4% of the gross sales income generated by
The Green Pages License Contract.
As
a Licensed Publisher of The Green Pages you are self-employed and are responsible
for all taxes due, Health Insurance and Operational Costs of Doing
Business. All sales revenue is paid
directly to you and it is your responsibility to handle in a proper
accountability manner.
What
will your annual income be? That
depends on you. Your income will be
based upon your ability of closing your sales presentations. It will also depend on your building a
good business relationship with your advertisers.
We
are only a phone call away if you need help in the operation of your web site
or when building the print copy of your local publication. You will need Microsoft Office Word 2007
on the computer you will be using to build and update The Green Pages. You will be provided instruction on how
to create your publishing business, edit templates using Microsoft Office Word
2007 and how to work within the server that holds your domains folders and
files that make up your web site.
